PLACING AN ORDER

Orders may be placed on our website by simply adding items to your cart and proceeding to check out. Payment options include: Visa, MasterCard or direct credit to our NZ bank account. Please note that orders not paid within 3 days of placing the order will cancelled, but you are welcome to make a new order if you would still like to go ahead with your purchase.

We ship worldwide using NZ Post.

Please note that the customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery. We are not responsible for importing charges.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

At DanceGeek we want you to love what you order! We have a 30 day return policy, so if it's the wrong size, the wrong colour, or if it's just not right for you, that's no problem. Just send it back to us within 30 days and we'll provide you with store credit which you can use to order a different style/size/colour (sorry store credit cannot be used towards shipping fees).

Returned items must be in brand new condition and unworn with any tags and branded packaging intact. Don't forget to include your order number so we know who to apply your credit to! We reserve the right to refuse a credit, refund or exchange if the items are in used, worn or damaged condition. Please note that we do not refund or reimburse shipping fees.

FAULTY RETURNS

If your item is faulty please email us with a detailed description (and photos if possible) and we will make it right - we want you to be happy! Please note that this excludes any wear or damage caused by the customer. For New Zealand based customers we will pay for return shipping of faulty items and re-shipping of replacements, but unfortunately we are unable to offer this for international customers. Please do not return faulty items before contacting us first.
